Rock Shrimp and Blue Crab Bisque

What you need:

+ 2 Tbsp. butter
+ 4 Tbsp. shallots, diced
+ 1 (10-oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
+ 1 c. half and half
+ 1/3 c. dry sherry
+ 1 tsp. dry mustard
+ 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
+ salt and pepper to taste
+ 1 lb. rock shrimp, peeled and deveined
+ 1 c. lump blue crab meat
What to do:
1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add shallots and sauté for 3 min. until soft. Stir in soup, half and half, sherry, mustard, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min. to blend flavors.
2. Add shrimp and simmer over low heat for 5 min. Gently stir in crab meat; heat until warmed through and serve.
