+ 3 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and mashed
+ 1 can (10 oz. ea.) RO*TEL® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, drained + 3/4 c. chopped onion + 1 tsp. lemon or lime juice + 1/2 tsp. salt + ground black pepper + tortilla chips, optional What to do:
1. Mix avocados, drained RO*TEL® tomatoes, onion, lemon juice and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Season with pepper to taste.
