                    Pesto, Ham and Goat Cheese Noodle Salad

                         Prep Time: 12 Min. Cook Time: 15 Min. What you need: (click + to add ingredients to your shopping list) + 12oz. bag No Yolks Broad Noodles + 1 1/2 cup Frozen Peas + 2 cups Baby Arugula + 2 cups Diced thick-cut deli ham + Basil pesto, as desired + 4oz. Crumbled goat cheese + Basil leaves, for garnish + Red pepper flakes, to taste What to do: 1. Cook No Yolks® Broad Noodles according to package instructions, and 1 minute before the noodles are ™nished cooking, add the peas and cook until Drain noodles and peas and rinse under cold water. Set aside. 2. Meanwhile, using a vegetable peeler, shave the asparagus into thin 3. In a large bowl, toss the noodles, peas, asparagus, arugula, ham and pesto together until coated.
