Sandwich Bread (Gluten Free)

+ 2 1/2 c. gluten-free flour blend **
+ 2 Tbsp. sugar + 1 Tbsp. xanthan gum + 1 Tbsp. dry active yeast + 1 tsp. salt + 1 egg + 3 egg whites + 2 Tbsp. oil + 1 tsp. vinegar + 1 c. very warm milk *+ Brown Rice Flour Blend + 1 1/3 c. brown rice flour + 7 Tbsp. potato starch + 3 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca flour *+ For 1 1/2 cup gluten-free flour blend: + 1/2 c. rice flour + 1/2 c. cornstarch + 1/2 c. tapioca starch/flour + 1 Tbsp. potato flour What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Combine gluten-free flour, sugar, xanthan gum, yeast and salt in a mixing bowl. 3. Add eggs, oil, vinegar and milk to mixing bowl. Beat at high speed for 3 minutes. 4. Scoop dough into an oil sprayed 8 inch x 4 inch bread pan. Let dough rise on top of warm oven, covered with a towel for 30-45 minutes. 5. Bake for 50 minutes. Do not under bake.
