                    Spicy Citrus Grilled Fish

                         Prep Time: 10 Min. Cook Time: 8 Min. What you need: (click + to add ingredients to your shopping list) + 2 (4 oz.) herring, mackerel, branzino, king fish, or snapper fillets + rind and juice of half lemon + rind and juice of half lime + 2 tsp. Thai or Cajun spices + lime for garnish What to do: 1. Place the fillets onto a grill pan.  Spoon over the rind and juice of the lemon and lime.  Sprinkle over the spices and cook under the grill or on a barbecue for 5-8 min., until golden brown.  (If barbecuing, lay fillets on foil to protect against the heat and turn once). 2.
