Favorite Pork Chops

Serve with Sliced Tomatoes Vinaigrette, broccoli spears and garlic mashed potatoes.

Cook Time: 8-10 Min.
What you need:

+ 4 pork chops or pork steaks
+ 1 tsp. vegetable oil
+ 1/3 c. dry white wine
+ 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
+ 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
What to do:
1. Heat oil in large heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Saute chops until browned and internal temperature reaches 160°F (about 3-4 min. per side.) Remove pork from skillet, keep warm.
3. Add remaining ingredients to skillet and bring to boil; cook and stir 1 min.
4. Pour sauce over chops to serve.
