* 3/4 c. butter
* 1/2 c. chopped pecans
* 1/2 c. brown sugar
* 1/2 c. whipping cream
* 6 small bananas, quartered
* vanilla frozen yogurt
1. Melt butter in 2 qt. saucepan over medium heat. Add pecans; sauté 3 min. or until foamy and fragrant. Stir in brown sugar and whipping cream. Bring to boil; continue boiling 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Gently stir in bananas; let stand 5 min. Serve over vanilla frozen custard.
