* 1/2 cup Hellmann'sŪ or Best FoodsŪ Real Mayonnaise
* 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
* 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion soup mix
* 2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
* 8 hamburger buns
1. COMBINE Mayonnaise, bread crumbs and Soup Mix in bowl.
2. MIX mayonnaise mixture into ground beef; shape into 8 patties. When forming hamburger patties, make a shallow indentation or dimple in the middle of each patty. This divot will keep the center from bulging up as it cooks so that the patty will stay flat and even. Even cooking and heat distribution will keep each patty juicy and consistent.
3. GRILL or broil until done. Serve burgers on buns.

How To Make a Smash Burger Patty: For a juicy Smash Burger, loosely roll prepared ground beef into 8 balls. Place on a pre-heated skillet or grill pan over high heat and immediately press down into a thin patty with a spatula. Cook without moving about 2 minutes or until a crispy crust forms. Scrape underneath the burger with spatula making sure to get all brown bits and flip. Continue cooking until thoroughly cooked.
