Dijon Turkey Burger

Dill Dijon Mayonnaise:
+ 1/2 c. mayonnaise + 2 tsp. mustard + 2 tsp. fresh dill, minced + 1/2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice Turkey Burger: + 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey + 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese + 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs + 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard + 1 tsp. Tabasco + 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce + 1 large clove fresh garlic, minced + 1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme + as needed salt and freshly ground black pepper + 4 each multi-grain rolls, split and lightly toasted + as needed green leaf lettuce, washed, drained and chilled + as needed roasted red peppers + as needed thinly sliced red onion rings What to do:
Dill Dijon Mayonnaise:
1. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, fresh dill and lemon juice. Cover and chill in refrigerator. Turkey Burgers: 1. Place all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix lightly to incorporate all ingredients. 2. Shape into 6 oz. patties, about 1in. thick. 3. Oil grill rack and preheat grill to medium-high. Add burgers to hot grill and cook on one side for about 5 min., flip and cook on the other side for about 4 min. more on medium-high. 4. Transfer to a cooler part of the grill and continue to cook a bit longer - until cooked to 165°F, about 5 more min. Assembly: 1. Spread Dill Dijon Mayonnaise on lightly toasted rolls. 2.
