+ 2 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) + 1 c. cooked long-grain white rice + 1/4 c. thin red pepper strips + 1/4 c. thin matchlike cucumber sticks What to do:
1. Spread ham with cream cheese; top with rice, spreading to within 1/4 inch of edges.
2. Place vegetables at one short end of each ham slice; roll up tightly. 3. Cut each into 5 slices. |
